Kaylie Diteman, BA is the Research Assistant for the Addiction Treatment Outcome Monitoring (ATOM) Study. In the ATOM Study, she is helping test the feasibility and effectiveness of measurement-based care technology designed to improve treatments for alcohol and drug use disorders in community-based addiction treatment settings. Kaylie leads the day-to-day administration of the research study including recruiting patients and administering in-person and remote assessments.
Prior to joining the BRiTE Center, Kaylie worked with other investigators in the UW Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences on a 25-site clinical trial testing the efficacy of brief- interventions for PTSD with traumatically injured patients presenting at Level I Trauma Centers.
Kaylie’s research interests include utilizing technologies for health, human-technology interaction, and social cognition.
